Principal/Assistant Head of School Opening

The 5-12 Principal/Assistant Head of School is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the program at Rising Tide as the instructional leader, supporting teachers, students, and families.
 
Rising Tide is a strong school community and a 2025 School of Recognition due to strong student achievement and growth. Rising Tide is looking for a strong leader to support an educational environment that is safe and supportive, honors diversity, promotes a sense of belonging and inclusion, and provides equity. This leader will also provide instructional leadership for the 5-12 program, promoting a strong academic program with an emphasis on skills that aligns the Schoolwide Objectives & Benchmark Skills with the MA Curriculum Frameworks and supports an Inquiry & Skills approach to teaching and learning.
